Swansea City midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson has signed a new four-year contract with the club.
The 26-year-old Iceland international had two years remaining on his previous deal at the Liberty Stadium, but he has now committed his future to the Swans until June 2020.
Sigurdsson joined Swansea for a second time - following an initial loan spell from Hoffenheim in 2012 - for an undisclosed fee from Tottenham in July 2014.

He has since scored 20 goals in 72 appearances for the club, with 11 of those strikes coming in 36 appearances last season as Francesco Guidolin's side finished an indifferent campaign 12th in the Premier League.
Sigurdsson, who started his career with Reading, also impressed this summer as he helped Iceland reach the quarter-finals at Euro 2016 and had attracted interest from a number of clubs, according to Swansea's official website.

However, he has now pledged his future to the club and says he is "very happy" in south Wales.
"It's a place I like to live and play football in, so I'm very happy to have a new four-year contract," Sigurdsson told Swans TV.
"It says a lot about what the club think of me. The main reason is that I'm very happy playing football here. I feel very good and it's a great team with a great bunch of lads.
"With the training ground extension being finished at Fairwood and the facility in Landore, the club is moving in the right direction and it's something I want to be a part of.
"At the end of last season we were getting better and where we should be. We were winning games, which was a lot better than the first half of last year.

"We've been discussing the contract for a long period of time. It slowed down a little with the takeover, so it took longer than expected.
"We had the Euros as well, of course, so I was away for five or six weeks, so it's nice that it's finally done and I can concentrate on football and get ready for the season.
"I am looking forward to the next four years here."
