Real Madrid star James Rodriguez has dropped a bombshell regarding his future at Real Madrid, appearing to all but confirm his reported £75m move to Chelsea.

The Colombian midfielder is beleived to be closer to £75m Stamford Bridge switch after he said he can't promise he will stay at the Bernabeu and will consider his options over the next 7 days

 

James who has has failed to establish himself in Madrid’s first team under Zinedine Zidane and did not appear at all during Sunday’s 4-2 victory over Kashima Antlers in the Club World Cup final said: "I can’t confirm that I’ll stay, I have offers and seven days. I can’t confirm that I’ll stay,” the midfielder said after the game. Marca reports.

"I have offers and seven days to think about them. I’m happy at Madrid, but I want to play more.

“I’m slightly bitter about not playing in the final, but I’m happy for the title, the 15th of my career." James said on football-espana.


The Colombian has been touted by staff at Stamford Bridge as a replacement for Brazilian star Oscar who will move to Shanghai SIPG for £60m.
